- Our log
home packages are in kit form, a complete, pre- assembled
log package. Many competitors end their log walls at the
loft joists and do not provide log walls upstairs. A
Meadowlark Log Home has log walls all the way up to the
peaks and includes a fully pre- assembled loft joist and
roof beam/ purlin system.
- The
walls are drilled to accept 5/8” steel pins, and the loft
joists and roof purlins are drilled to accept the hardwood
dowels and are flattened to accept the t&g lumber.
-
Virtually no cutting is required while the logs are being
re-assembled onsite.
- The log
stairway is fully assembled and lifts into place with a
crane in minutes and is pre-drilled for hardwood dowel
fasteners.
- The
prices given on our website reflect the actual floor plan
with features/ options as shown for that plan. For
custom design, the price is adjusted accordingly. Please
note that the prices are based on the floor plans, not
necessarily the pictures. In some cases the pictures shown
vary in design or options from the floor plan shown. We
provide a variety of photos for the purpose of showing those
different features.
