Because it is such a stable wall, Meadowlark was able to provide us with the entire upstairs in logs, as well as dormers and the roof pitches we wanted.

" We specifically were looking for a company that would build the gables in full log, and other companies we looked at do not build the second floor walls or gables in logs, and these other companies wanted us to frame it and put log siding on.

"In our several years of searching many companies, we discovered that Meadowlark's flat on flat system which creates the incredible stability was the reason they can go log walls upstairs where other handcraft log styles can't. The log walls are pinned, screwed, glued, and doweled together which results in a superior strong wall design.
